Orders
Placing an order is subject to acceptance of the applicability of our terms and conditions. Click here to download them.
Ordering:
- Select the product you wish to order. For some products, you can choose options like colour, quantity, etc.
- Click on the "Add to Cart" button
- Click on the "X" in the top right corner if you want to order more items
- To view all items in your cart, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the screen and then click on "Check out"
- You do not need an account to order from us, but creating an account is convenient for automatic filling of your details in future orders
- Select your preferred delivery method
- Enter your details. Always double-check the delivery address! Note: We do not reimburse deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses!
- Choose your preferred payment method. If paying by Ideal (for the Netherlands), select your bank
- Double-check your order: correct quantity, weight, size, color, etc.
- To place an order, you must agree to our Terms and Conditions
- If everything is correct, click on "Pay now"
- Depending on the chosen payment method, you will then proceed to the payment page
- Your order is completed! You will receive a confirmation email from us
Modifying orders:
After completing your order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes. Please contact us at info@dogtools.eu, and we will try to adjust the order for you.
If your order is already on its way, changes cannot be made. You can then return your order (see our return policy) and place a new one.
Smaller products are delivered in an envelope that fits through the letterbox. You do not need to be home for delivery (exception for cash on delivery).
Larger orders are delivered in cardboard boxes by DHL.
Confirmation and Invoices:
Confirmations and invoices are only sent digitally to your email address.
