Warranty

We care about our products and naturally strive to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it occasionally happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs that entitles you to warranty. If the defect falls within the warranty period, we will take care of repair or replacement at no cost to you.

If the problem with the product is your fault, you are not entitled to free repair, a new product, or a refund. Warranty does not cover damage due to chewing, improper use, or abrasion.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, we kindly request you to make it known to us by emailing info@dogtools.eu.

Once we have received your complaint, you will receive a response from us within 14 days.

Since February 15, 2016, it is possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been dealt with elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union's platform.
